Our Story

Founded in 2000 by Allen Nathan Jr., our company was built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a passion for providing top-quality HVAC service and installation. Allen Jr. learned the trade from his father, Allen Nathan Sr., who instilled in him the values of honesty, craftsmanship, and putting customers first.

In 2007, a new chapter began as Allen Jr.'s son, Jake Nathan, joined the family business. With a fresh perspective and a dedication to carrying on the family legacy, Jake quickly became an integral part of the team. Together, father and son worked tirelessly, transforming what started as a humble home office with just Allen Jr. and one technician into a thriving business that serves the heating and cooling needs of our community.

Over the years, A & S Nathan Heating and Air Conditioning has grown steadily, expanding our team to include nine skilled technicians and four full-time office staff members. Our commitment to providing exceptional service has remained unwavering, and our dedication to our customers has only grown stronger.

In 2021, a new milestone was reached as Allen Jr. made the decision to retire, passing the torch to his son, Jake. With a deep sense of pride and gratitude, Jake took on the role of owner, continuing the tradition of excellence that his father had worked so hard to establish.
